What To Expect:

FREE delivery to Great Britain Mainland only - (Scotland, England & Wales) - your Artwork is delivered by our Fine Art Courier.

Deliveries to N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Islands and other remote locations will be handled by our Fine Art Courier who may use a 3rd party courier for more difficult destinations. Not only will your artwork be packaged to give it the ultimate protection but due to the destinations will also be secured in a wooden crate - please email me for costing.

Deliveries to the Rest of the World - please email me for costing.

International shipping to buyers based outside the UK (including the EU) may incur additional customs fees or import tax on arrival.  These charges are out of my control and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such fees.

The courier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient date. Please note your artwork must be delivered to the agreed shipping address as per invoice.


Returns/Refunds

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your piece or have a change of heart, I offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. Please email before returning your purchase, postage instructions will be sent to you on receipt of your email.

The customer pays return shipping costs.

Please ensure that returned artworks are packed thoroughly (please reuse the original packaging when possible) and that you use a suitable signed for, tracked and insured delivery method. Please note that items which have not been packaged appropriately and have been damaged in transit may not be eligible for a refund.

Once the items have arrived back with me in their original condition, I will process your refund within 7 working days.
